Public Runtime Governance Conformance Registry
The AGCP Registry provides a public record of organizations and systems that have completed AGCP runtime governance conformance assessments.
Registry entries document:
- assessed conformance levels
- assessment scope
- conformance status
- assessment designation type
- optional public reporting artifacts
The Registry is intended to support:
- procurement review
- enterprise governance validation
- runtime governance transparency
- interoperable governance assurance across AI-enabled operational systems
WHAT THE REGISTRY REPRESENTS
Runtime Governance Assessment Record
An AGCP Registry entry indicates that the listed organization or assessed system completed an AGCP runtime governance assessment against the applicable conformance scope and evaluation criteria.
Registry entries may include:
- runtime-only assessments
- limited-scope implementation reviews
- implementation-informed assessments
- supervised runtime validation assessments
- broader conformance review engagements
Registry inclusion does not require:
- use of AGCP software
- use of AGCP infrastructure
- use of AGCP orchestration tooling
- use of AGCP-managed runtime components
AGCP assessments evaluate governance behavior, operational controls, and runtime governance integrity rather than requiring a specific implementation stack.
WHAT REGISTRY LISTING DOES NOT MEAN
Scope Clarification
AGCP Registry participation should not be interpreted as:
- generalized cybersecurity certification
- regulatory certification
- legal compliance certification
- AI model quality certification
- enterprise security maturity certification
- operational safety guarantee
AGCP Registry designations specifically reflect runtime governance assessment scope and conformance status relative to the AGCP specification and associated governance evaluation criteria.
REGISTRY ENTRY TYPES
Registry entries may include multiple assessment types depending on evaluation depth and available evidence.
Runtime-Only Assessment
Assessment based primarily on observable runtime governance behavior and operational evidence.
Limited Assessment
Assessment performed with partial implementation visibility, limited runtime evidence, or restricted operational scope.
Implementation-Informed Assessment
Assessment incorporating repository review, governance implementation analysis, trace correlation, or broader implementation inspection activities.
Supervised Runtime Assessment
Assessment incorporating supervised execution validation, runtime trace analysis, governance replay evaluation, and operational evidence review.
CURRENT REGISTRY ENTRIES
Organizations Currently Under Assessment
| Organization | Sector | Assessment Method | Last Status Update | Current Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Confidential Financial AI Platform | EU Financial Services | Semantic Equivalent Code Assessment | May 30, 2026 | Active Review |
| Confidential Banking Governance Platform | U.S. Banking | Semantic Equivalent Code Assessment | May 30, 2026 | Active Review |
| Confidential Insurance Governance Platform | U.S. Insurance & Reinsurance | Semantic Equivalent Code Assessment | May 30, 2026 | Active Review |
Certain organizations participating in AGCP assessments may elect to defer public identification until completion of broader runtime validation, production deployment, procurement review, or public launch activities.
REGISTRY ENTRY FIELDS
Public Registry Metadata
Registry entries may include:
- organization name
- assessed system or platform
- runtime governance scope
- conformance level
- assessment designation type
- assessment status
- assessment date
- assessment notes
- report availability
- authorized conformance badge designation
Certain entries may intentionally omit:
- implementation details
- architectural specifics
- operational evidence
- internal governance traces
- proprietary runtime information
depending on organization disclosure preferences and assessment agreements.
CONFORMANCE BADGES & DESIGNATIONS
Authorized Public Designations
Organizations with active AGCP conformance status may be authorized to use AGCP conformance badges and public designation marks corresponding to the assessed conformance level and assessment scope.
Example designation categories include:
- Level 1 Conformant
- Level 2 Conformant
- Level 3 Conformant
- Level 4 Conformant
- Level 5 Conformant
- Level 3 Implementation Review
- Runtime-Validated Conformance
- Limited Scope Assessment
Badge authorization applies only while conformance status remains active and in good standing.
Unless otherwise specified within the assessment agreement or registry designation terms, conformance assessments are not required to be performed periodically to maintain use of the designation. However, the Registry will include the date of the last assessment.
REPORT AVAILABILITY
Public & Restricted Reporting
AGCP conformance reports may optionally be made publicly available at the direction of the assessed organization.
Available materials may include:
- executive summaries
- assessment summaries
- validated governance findings
- conformance reports
- assessment scope statements
- implementation-review summaries
Certain organizations may elect to:
- restrict public report distribution
- publish only summary findings
- delay publication
- retain reports for private procurement, audit, or governance-review purposes
Sample conformance reporting templates and example assessment summaries will be made available as the AGCP ecosystem expands.
CONFIDENTIALITY & EVIDENCE HANDLING
Protected Assessment Artifacts
AGCP assessments may involve:
- governance traces
- runtime evidence
- repository analysis
- operational metadata
- implementation artifacts
- confidential architectural information
AGCP retains conformance evidence and assessment artifacts as part of the formal assessment record while working with assessment targets to minimize unnecessary disclosure of sensitive information.
Confidential operational evidence and proprietary implementation artifacts are not publicly disclosed through Registry participation unless explicitly authorized by the assessed organization.
Repository analysis performed as part of implementation-informed assessments may occur:
- within AGCP-controlled external assessment environments
- within customer-controlled AI and repository-analysis environments
depending on assessment scope and organizational requirements.
Assessment repositories, source code, and implementation artifacts are not used for AI model training purposes.
OPEN GOVERNANCE ECOSYSTEM
Interoperable Runtime Governance
The AGCP Registry is intended to support an interoperable runtime governance ecosystem capable of supporting:
- enterprise governance assurance
- procurement transparency
- operational governance substantiation
- runtime execution validation
- cross-organizational governance interoperability
across heterogeneous AI-enabled operational environments.
